Have been wanting a bread machine for a long time and after reading numerous reviews finally decided to spend a little more and go with the Zojirushi. I’m so glad I did. It’s been great. Have made 6 or 7 loafs so far and all have turned out really good. Not one dud. And this from a rookie at making bread. This machine works great. It is so quick and easy to use. It only takes a few minutes to put all the ingredients in, turn it on, and you’re done. And I’m amazed at how easy it is to clean. I was a little concerned about purchasing the 1-pound machine, afraid it might not make a big enough loaf to make it worth the effort. But it’s been perfect for us.
